Vacation Rental Rates

$1,000 per week April, May, September & October/ $2,500 per month
$1,200 per week June, July & August/ $3,000 per month

$100 cleaning fee

25% deposit required for reservation, balance 10 days prior to 
arrival. Photos available upon request.
