You will enjoy a King Size Bed in the ample Master Bedroom with sliding Glass doors leading toward an oversize lanai. The Master Bathroom offers Standing Shower and nice cabinetry with granite Countertops. The room offers walk-in closet, night tables, low level lighting, dressing table and 40’’
flat screen TV.

The first guest bedroom offer a Queen size bed, dressing table, ceiling fan  and 26” TV.

The second bedroom offers two twin size beds with ample closet and ceiling fan.

The second bathroom is also just redone beautifully. It offers bath tub with sliding glass doors, granite countertops and tasteful cabenitry. 

All bedrooms flooring is wood laminate. So, you will not to have to worry about allergies.

The living room offers a large window that makes the house light and airy.  It has a two large sofas , it is nicely decorated and you can enjoy watching TV in the 42” flat screen TV. Also, the house comes equipped with computer, printer/scanner and Internet access.  The dining room offers a glass top table that sits comfortable six people.

The kitchen has all new appliances: large refrigerator with ice and water on the door, range/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. It was renovated with beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops. It comes fully equipped with: Cutlery, glasses and plates for 8 settings together with pots, pans, coffeemaker, toaster and blender.

All social areas are tile floored making the house very fresh and clean.  The lanai is equipped with patio furniture, a 6 seater glass dining table,  4 additional seats and BBQ Grill. the backyard in fenced which make the outside setting very private.

There are laundry facilities under AC separated room for your convenience.  Laundry sink, with running water, a top loading washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board.

We are on the Sarasota mainland and close to the world famous white powder-sand Siesta Key Beach (voted America’s best beach in 2011). The house is just a few miles distance to Westfield Sarasota Square Mall with over 140 stores and a cinema. Grocery shopping is nearby as well as many restaurants.

Busch Gardens at Tampa Bay is an hour away, and the attractions and theme parks
at Orlando two hours away.
