$100 per night (2 night minimum)

Cleaning fee $100
Security Deposit $500 (refundable)
Payment - 50% deposit due upon reservation
Final payment due 2 weeks prior
Cancellation - 90 days full refund; if less than 90 days and we are unable to re-rent at a rental rate at least equal you will forfeit your deposit (security deposit will be refunded).
CheckIn & Checkout - Times are to be confirmed by Property Manager. Typical checkout time is Noon.

*Renters Fee - $31.65 per day for up to 7 days for up to 6 passes; $26.38 per day for 8-30 days for up to 6 passes. Renters fees must be paid at time of reservation.
*Rates do not include: Taxes of 10.5% or Resort Passes (Required
resort user fee).
*Higher rates may be in effect for holidays.
