vacation rental description
This charming apartment, known to locals as "Jo Ann's Place", sits at the southern tip of historic Pass-a-Grille Beach, with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the screened front porch. The Gulf of Mexico and a sugar-sand beach are steps from the front door. A private, fenced patio is perfect for reading or sunbathing. The residential neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can fish from the nearby seawall. or join your neighbors to watch postcard sunsets from the Gulf promenade.
Constructed during WW II, this building is not condo contemporary. The walls are plaster, the floors are heart-of-pine, and there's no dishwasher. But if you want to experience the ambience and peace of Pass-a-Grille, you cannot beat this location.
Every seasonal rental in this neighborhood was booked solid between December and May last year. If you want to secure this unit for the 2012-2013 season, act soon.
