custom built 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.
Centrally located in the Lake Montezuma/Rimrock area - just 1 1/2 hours north of the Phoenix area; 20 minutes east of
Sedona; 45 minutes south of Flagstaff; 2 hours south of the Grand Canyon; and 45 minutes to the
historic town of Jerome - close to everything, but located in a small, cozy town.

Home has a fully equipped kitchen (stainless steel appliances), including microwave, range,
dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer, and granite countertops. Accent lighting features
include: pot-shelf lighting throughout home, upper cabinet lighting and under cabinet halogen
lights plus recessed lighting throughout home. The kitchen also offers an oversized island and bar
stools. Additional features include a washer and dryer and a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has
a king size bed; the master bath has a jacuzzi tub with a large walk-in separate shower with dual
shower heads. Each of the other 2 bedrooms has a queen size bed. Lots of closet space. All linens
are included. There is a TV with cable and DVD/VCR. Also, the back porch is a huge 400 square
foot covered patio with two ceiling fans and BBQ.

Beaver Creek Golf Resort, just 1 1/2 minutes down the hill; hiking trails, biking, Beaver Creek, fishing, birdwatching areas, horseback riding, bowling, Cliff Castle Casino, Fort Verde State Park, and Montezuma National Castle Indian ruins and Montezuma Well.

$150.00 per night, two night minimum; price may vary during holidays.
$775.00 per week.
$1200.00 per month, plus utilities (power, water, gas and cable).
$100.00 cleaning fee. $300 refundable (if house is left as you found it) security deposit required.
50% deposit required to book home.
Full Balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
There will be a $25.00 charge for a returned check.
