Vacation Rental RatesAll security deposits need to be paid in order to actually reserve the dates you are requesting. The balance (rent + cleaning fee) is due no later than 3 weeks prior to move-in date. Condo is offered with a minimum of a 3 night rental. Weekly, monthly and yearly rates available. Rates may vary according to season. Lease agreement locks in your rate. Please inquire about special long-term rates !! Condo will be expertly cleaned prior to your arrival & again after your departure. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $175.00 is required. Excessive departure cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit. The security deposit varies based upon length of stay($300 - $1000) and will be returned within 3 weeks of check-out once condo is expertly cleaned and an inventory is complete. Pymnt Methods Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Personal Checks, Money Orders & Certified Funds. If pymnt is via cc, any fees associated with collecting the money (Paypal)will be deducted from your security deposit. Cancellation Policy: If reservation needs to be canceled, (3) weeks notice MUST be given in order to receive 100% refund of your security deposit. If reservation is canceled only (2) weeks prior to move-in date than 50% of your security will be refunded. If canceled within (1)week of move-in date, 100% of security will be FORFEITED. Consumable items: A predetermined amount of paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies, etc., will be provided upon move-in- but will become responsibility of tenant to replenish for personal use. October & November $ 150/night (3 night minimum) $1000/week $2500/month December - March $200/night (3 night minimum) $1350/week $3000/month April & May $ 150/night (3 night minimum) $1000/week $2500/month June - September: $ 100/night (3 night minimum) $ 700/week $2100/month *Short-term/Long Term corporate rentals are available* (Please Inquire) **NOTE** Please inquire about rate if booking during a holiday or a special event time, as there may be a holiday premium on the rent. All rental rates are subject to change at any time. Utilities included: electric, water, Extended cable with Tivo, high-speed wireless internet & local/long distance phone service. **Monthly rentals** up to $150 of electric bill is paid by owner, any overage will be paid by tenant and deducted out of security deposit. Owner will not be responsible for bodily injury or loss or damage to tenants personal property. Tenant agrees to abide by all rules & regulations of complex. Any violations that result in a fine will be paid by tenant.
