Beach Plantation House sleeps 24 in Panama City Beach

This unusually large home is on the Gulf of Mexico, Panama City Beach, with
famous white sand coastline. This house is approximately
5000 square feet. Nothing like it on the beach.

The main house sleeps up to 20 on beds plus there are three queen size sleeper sofas.   There is also the owners apartment under the same roof that sleeps four more.   Ideal for family reunions, Small Weddings, small college or corporate seminars

Configuration of Main House (sleeps 20)
First Floor- 4 bedrooms 2 baths - 3 Queens, 1 Twin Daybed and a 2
queen sofa sleepers.
Second Floor- 5 bedrooms 3 baths -
queen size in the master bedroom with a sleeper sofa, 2 Queens in the
2nd, a Queen in bedrooms three, four and five.

The additional apartment sleeps 4 more with one King size bed and a queen in a loft bedroom with a private second story deck.

Summer Rate: $5250 per week for 9 bedroom main house plus tax and cleaning
Also have owners suite available,two bedroom, in same home.
    King size bed, additional kitchen, bath and living room and private deck
   Adding this suite is $1000 (+tax and cleaning)and brings totals to 11 bedrooms

Non-summer season is Sept 5 through Feb 28

Non-summer rate $600 per night, 3 night minimum
$3600 per week (this is one night free)

For fall and winter we also have a 4 Bedroom or 5 Bedroom
arrangement
4 bedroom sleeps 8 rate $2250 per week
5 bedroom sleeps 10 rate $2500 per week
Each of these configurations include the 2500 sq
foot lower level with large kitchen, living room and
game room.
