Vacation Rental Description

Presently we are booked through the summer except for August 16 through 23


Large two story home on the Gulf of Mexico, Panama City Beach, with 
famous white sand coastline.   This spacious house is approximately 
5000 square feet. Nothing like it on the beach.

Sleeps up to 26 persons (three sleeper sofas).   Ideal for family reunions, Small 
Weddings, small college or corporate seminars

Two large covered decks 12 ft by 35 ft, additional patio with built 
in seating

High speed wireless internet

Large game room with Ping-Pong table 
Large open kitchen, lots of counter space, with washer and dryer 
off kitchen area.

Mini kitchen in Master Suite

Configuration for 2009

First Floor-  4 bedrooms 2 baths  - 3 Queens, 1 Twin Daybed and a 2 
queen sofa sleepers. 

Second Floor-  5 bedrooms 3 baths - one king in 
the master bedroom with a sleeper sofa, 2 Queens in the 2nd, a Queen in bedroom three, four and five.

  All . Non-smoking

Parking for 7 vehicles, 3 of which are in shaded carport

Five minutes from St. Andrews State Park, Treasure ship Marina, 
Captain Anderson's restuarant.    

Jacuzzi presently unavailable.

Volley ball facility on beach

One block down beach to sail boat and Kayak rental

Two blocks from miniature golf and adventure land

Short walk to parasailing

3 minutes from Signal Hill golf coarse.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer season is currently booked up except the week of August 16

Please request only if you are interested in August 16 through 23 or some time 
after August 29    

   2009 Summer Rate:   $5250 per week     plus tax (tax and cleaning)


   
Non-summer season is Sept 5 through May 25 excluding spring break period

   Non-summer rate   $600 per night, 3 night minimum
                     $3600 per week (this is one night free)   


   Non-summer  Also have a 4 Bedroom or 5 Bedroom arrangment 

               4 bedroom  sleeps 8        rate $2250
               5 bedroom  sleeps 10       rate $2500
  
                  Each of these configurations include the 2500 sq foot 
                   lower level with large kitchen, living room and game room.        

Spring break reservations by special arrangement. Rates similar to summer with certain discounts.
