The property is located in the town of Englewood, Florida; south of Venice. The hotel style master bedroom with a lovely pool view has a King bed, 42" Flatscreen TV with a DVD and VHS player and a desk with an armchair. There is a bathroom connected to this room with a shower. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed,40"Flatscreen TV with a bathroom across the hall (with a bathtub) and the third bedroom with a double bed also with the same bathroom. The pool view kitchen is roomy with 2 refridgerators, a stove/oven, blender, ice cream maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Then the dining room with a table of 6 seats is connected to the living room with a 46" Flatscreen TVand a DVD player. There is a lanai next to the kitchen leading outside with a barbeque and screen wall seperating the outside and lanai. We also have a washing maching and a dryer which you are welcome to use. The garage is able to fit two cars but one spot is already used. Also the driveway is able to fit 2 cars. This house has everything for you to enjoy and relax.

The heated community pool is located just a few steps away from the back door. We have an Air Conditioning and Heating unit aswell as ceiling fans in every room. Our printer is welcome to use. We have board games, cards, DVD's and VHS tapes which you are also welcome to use. There are also bedding sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, dishes, pots etc. for your convenience. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are also welcome to use. There is free wireless WIFI and cable TV.
activities and attractions in Venice Gulf Coast Central
The Boca Royale Golf Club is across the street from the community where you can play Tennis, Golf and go to the restaurant. The nearest beach is Manasota Beach located 5 minutes away by car and Englewood Beach is around 7 minutes away. The Siesta Key Beach is 40 minutes away and is voted the best beach in the United States last year due too its soft, white, cool, unique, quartz sand. Dowtown of Sarasota and Fort Myers are both 50 minutes away. Tampa and St. Petersburg are 1 Hour and 15 Minutes away while Orlando is 2 Hours and 30 Minutes away. There are also many shopping outlets around the area.
