Oceanfront Condo in a secure, gated, family vacation resort condominium.  
 
OUR STUDIO is one of a handful of units DIRECTLY FACING THE OCEAN.  
When you get up in the morning and open the blinds in this corner  
unit, the view is SPECTACULAR. You don’t need to leave the room to  
feel like you are on the beach; however simply walk downstairs and  
out the gate and you have a beautiful, white sandy beach for your  
pleasure. Our private Tiki Huts are available on the beach, we  
provide you with cusions and loungers..everything for a delightful  
and carefree vacation. 
 
This beautifully tiled and immaculate efficiency studio condo has a  
fully-equipped kitchen and super-comfortably furnished interior. It  
has a queen-size pull-down Murphy bed with band new Sealy Pillowtop firm mattress, 
and double futon sofa to sleep couple or up to a family of four. A leather recliner  
plus ottoman, CD player, TV/VCR  
etc. makes for great relaxation after a day at the beach! A grocery  
store and diverse, exciting, ethnic restaurants of many varieties  are  
within walking distance. Everything is provided for your comfort...  
just bring your personal items, and you're ready

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly and Monthly rates are available.   Minimum stay is 1 week.     
Use your Credit Card through PayPal; or Bank Check; Personal Check Domestically.  
Mid Season: Dec,Jan, April, July, and August 
High Season: Feb, March  
Off Season : Nov,May,June,Sept,Oct  
From $450 to $650 per week.  Special Monthly rates may be available 
13% Taxes apply to all rates 
Holiday Rates may be slightly higher 
$200 Security deposit requested to reserve
