This beautifully tiled and immaculate efficiency studio condo has a
fully-equipped kitchen and super-comfortably furnished interior. It
has a queen-size pull-down Murphy bed with band new Sealy Pillowtop firm mattress,
and double futon sofa to sleep couple or up to a family of four. A leather recliner
plus ottoman, CD player, TV/VCR
etc. makes for great relaxation after a day at the beach! A grocery
store and diverse, exciting, ethnic restaurants of many varieties are
within walking distance. Everything is provided for your comfort...
