All our rentals are fully licensed in Austin - license #126858.  If you have a large group or want separate living accommodations we have several different sized rental homes in the area, so we can always accommodate your group!

The master bedroom has a gorgeous bathroom with separate walk in closet. The home has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. The formal dining room seats 8-10. There is a 50' flat screen tv as well as a high efficiency washer/dryer, 2 car garage, a huge covered patio with outdoor furniture and large fenced yard with gorgeous trees! The home is located within a few blocks of the intersection of Burnet Rd & Anderson Ln, and is within walking distance of so much!

The kitchen also has plenty of cooking and baking items including pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, dishes, bowls, plates, silverware, plastic dishes of all kinds, wine glasses, beer glasses, casserole dishes, cutting boards, knives, baking sheets, and everything else you might need in the kitchen!
There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry area, is stocked with detergent, laundry basket, cleaning supplies, ironing board, iron, and more.

Payment by echeck or credit card.
15% state and inn tax. No tax on stays 30 days or longer.
$500 Refundable Damage Deposit
1/2 of deposit to reserve house; final payment due 60 days prior to check in (full payment due at booking for holidays)
Additional pet rent required
Check in at 4pm, check out at 11am.
Weekend rates apply to Thursday-Sunday nights; Weekday rates apply to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights
More than 8 adults is $25 per additional person per night.
