This is a brand new home built in nov 2010 in a beautiful neighborhood with a heated pool with a waterfall grotto that is great for jumping off. The heated spa is great for relaxing and watching the stars. The pool and hot tub are tastefully fenced and secure ensuring the safety of your children

This home comes complete with lots of fun stuff for a budget. You probably won't want to leave the house. The heated pool and hot tub is a great way to relax on our lounge chairs or dine next to the pool. The gas bonfire pit is great for making smores. We have a trampoline, sandbox and a grassy play area. Inside you can enjoy the pool table, a game of darts, board games, xbox, a movie on the large screen HDTV.
Main level of house has 1 bedroom with a full bath, formal dining area, pool table room/dart board, large kitchen, eat-in kitchen dining area, family room with large HDTV, laundry room complete with towels to swim, half-bath.
Upper level of house has 4 bedrooms, one is a large master suite with two chairs to relax, a soaking tub and a walk in shower and a king bed, a large loft room with a play area, HDTV, Blue ray player, xbox and a cozy couch, one bedroom sleeps three on a full size bunk bed with a twin on the top, one bedroom has a full size bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed with a HDTV to enjoy. There is a nice full size bathroom with dual sinks. We also have a wonderful selection of childrens books and toys.
This home will accept PETS with approval and deposit. Home features a separate fenced area on side of home with a doggy door.
