My husband and I reserved this house while in Las Vegas for his daughter's wedding. We hosted other family members as well. I was concerned about reserving a vacation home and hosting other guests, but it turned out to be perfect for us. It allowed us to have a place to gather, as well as have some informal meals rather than staying in a hotel and having to go to restaurants for coffee in the morning and every other meal. It was very close to grocery shopping and only about 10 minutes from the strip. We loved having the pool and spa and outdoor space to spend time with family. The kitchen had the basics for breakfast and simple meals. The owners were easy to work with and available for questions, especially when we first checked in. Great house!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

I've been to Vegas many times and was prepared to list the Pros & Cons of this rental.....I'm here to tell you there are NO Cons!! The location was excellent, close to everything. Nat was so helpful and left no question unanswered. The set-up was very warm and inviting and perfect for having a few local friends over. Tv's galore for everyone's viewing pleasure. Very Very clean! Plenty of parking and a great backyard with pool & jacuzzi. Even welcome drinks were avail. My local friends were jealous lol I'm definitely coming back and will only be renting with Nat.

This rental provided my friends and I with the perfect stay to bring in our New Year 2013 in Las, Vegas. The home amenities, photos, and location were also perfect. Also, the owner provided us with stellar customer service. As the title says...we will rent again.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
