This beautiful Southern estate is located just two blocks from Forsyth Park and features 8 bedrooms, 8 baths. It sleeps a whopping 22 guests in gigantic bedrooms! The Savannah vacation rental is perfect for your large family gathering, wedding groups, family, and friends. There`s a garden level, main house, and carriage house with a large courtyard connecting the two properties which offer several large porches for catching an evening sunset while sipping sweet Southern tea. This lovely estate was just renovated & opened September 2012. Guests will enjoy brand-new appliances as well as beautiful, modern decor throughout the property.

The main house features a grand staircase with a chaise lounge in front of the window at the top, two matching living rooms with large flatscreen TVs and a full bathroom off the right living room with a standing shower, bedroom with a single and two queen bunk beds as well as a flatscreen TV, hall bath with a clawfoot tub, and a kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, and a dining area with seating for 6 that opens to a lovely screened porch. On the second floor the first bedroom has a queen sized bed as well as a single bed, it`s own full bathroom, and there`s a washer/dryer in the hallway. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, sitting area, and full bath. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, flatscreen TV, gigantic bathroom with a clear shower, twin pedastal sinks & clawfoot tub, chaise lounge, wet bar area, large mirrors, and access to a large porch for sitting and enjoying the Savannah breeze. In summary, the main house has a total of 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, and sleeps a total of 12 people.

The garden level features a full bath, a bedroom with two queen beds, living room, another bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath in the hallway, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast table with seating for 4. In summary, the garden level has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps a total of 6 people.

The carriage house features modern couches with a glass coffee table sitting on a cozy rug in the living room area along with a flatscreen TV, kitchen area with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops, a bar stool seating area, and a washer dryer just off the kitchen on the first floor. On the second floor, in the first bedroom on the left there`s a queen sized bed. The second bedroom features a king sized bed as well as a flatscreen TV, and there`s a shared full bath in the hallway, as well as a desk nook area. In summary, the carriage house has a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and sleeps a total of 4 people.

This beautiful estate is just steps away from all that downtown historic Savannah has to offer including many great restaurants such as Local Ten Eleven, Leoci’s, and The Mansion on Forsyth, as well as easy access to trolley tours and shops. Join in on all of the jazz fest activities or one of the many other free concerts that the city of Savannah puts on in Forsyth Park. A nice walk will get you to River Street and a twenty minute drive will get you to Tybee Island to the beach for some fun in the sun. If you`re looking for a fresh cup of coffee or shopping for groceries, The Sentient Bean, Brighter Day, and Kroger are all a 60 second drive away.
