With two stories, it features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, sleeping 4 guests making it perfect for a quiet getaway in historic Savannah. It even has it`s own porch and courtyard making it perfect catching an evening sunset while sipping sweet Southern tea. This lovely home was just renovated & opened September 2012. Guests will enjoy brand-new appliances as well as beautiful, modern decor throughout the property.

The home features modern couches with a glass coffee table sitting on a cozy rug in the living room area along with a flatscreen TV, kitchen area with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops, a bar stool seating area, and a washer dryer just off the kitchen on the first floor. On the second floor, in the first bedroom on the left there`s a queen sized bed. The second bedroom features a king sized bed as well as a flatscreen TV, and there`s a shared full bath in the hallway, as well as a desk nook area. In summary, the carriage house has a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and sleeps a total of 4 people.
