1100sq.ft. with central AC/Heat, plus 300sq.ft. LAKEVIEW covered front porch, and 24'w x 42'L combination RV/Boat/Carport; (all hookups). Quiet area at end of the street next to 3 undeveloped wooded lots that you can walk 50 yds. to Lucie's Bayou for bank fishing and swimming hole. Enjoy view of Lake Houston and Lucie's Bayou from porch swing. Eat your grilled dinner on patio table/chairs while listening to music from outdoor speakers. At other end of block is " Water Wonderland Park", a 4 acre private/keyed area with swings, teetor-totter, picnic tables, or launch boat or jet skis (secure parking). 30 min. to downtown Houston and Bush IAH. All advantages of BIG CITY ENTERTAINMENT, but in a QUIET COUNTRY SETTING. Snowbirds/RVers welcome (call for special winter rates).

Fully furnished kitchen with water and ice in refrig. door, dishwasher, 2 microwaves, ceramic top stove, and granite counter tops. Separate combo utility room/closet with elec. washer and dryer. Office with high speed internet (wifi), free LD phone to anywhere in USA. Family rm. has 32" HDTV, Netflix streaming, Bose/Sony 6-1 surround sound, Blu-Ray with Pandora for your music/video pleasure. 1 hand-set operates the equipment. Dining rm has mirrored wall and serving bar to kitchen. Mstr. bdrm has 42" HDTV with Blu-Ray. Combination of nice modern and antique furnishings. Modular slate in all front areas and real wood floors in bdrms, woven rugs, and tiered lighting throughout. Outside attached stainless steel fish cleaning station with hot/cold water, elec., and lighting. I forgot to change date on camera, but pictures were taken Oct. 2012. More can be e-mailed.
