Newly renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo on the 2nd floor. The condo faces the ocean with a nice view of the pool, ocean and walkway to the beach. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean. No pets are allowed as owner is allergic to cat and dog hair. Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, toaster, cooking utensils etc. There is a flat screen 32" TV in the living area and another TV in the master bedroom. The TV in the living room has a DVD player and the one in the bedroom has a DVD and VHS player. The condo has towels, sheets etc. The condo and property is wireless as well.

Barbeque pits outside with a park like setting, sand volley ball courts, two pools, walk way to the beach, washer and dryer on the property, boat parking adjacent to the condo driveway. Close to town and restaurants. On the trolley route. Tennis courts. The golf course is 2 miles away. The condo has been totally rennovated with all new appliances etc.
