Mission Bay Charming One Bedroom! in Mission Beach

This charming 1 Bedroom vacation spot is located in wonderful North Mission Beach Bayside...  One house from Beautiful Mission Bay and only 7 houses from the Ocean Front..

This is a perfect economical alternative from staying at a Hotel for a Couple or with one small child. 

It has a beautiful full Kitchen, Bedroom, Living Room, Patio and even a place for one medium size car for inside garage parking. 

1 Bedroom with a Queen Size (really comfortable) bed, chest of drawers, nite stand and TV.

1 Bathroom with tub and/or shower and very nice size closet stocked with all towels, tissue, soap, bedding, beach chairs, ice chest, umbrella ..

1 Living Room with nice size L-shaped couch, TV with cable, wi-fi, and is combined with a wonderful full size Kitchen that has all amenities.

We have a great laundry facility on our property with a couple washers and a few dryers to make convenient for you..

You have a nice natural gas barbeque (no tanks to fool with) available to you along with a nice outside table and chairs (with of course a view of the Bay)!

Everything you can think of from Beach to Bay....

Swimming, sailing, biking, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Golfing, Del Mar Racetrack in the summertime, lots of great Restaurants, nightlife, rentals for jet skis, kayaking, bikes, etc...

Our Winter rates begin Sept 1st and go thru the end of May.  They are $800.00 weekly (Sat to Sat).  If available daily, $125 - $195 a day with a 3 nite minimum stay.

Summer rates begin in June and go until the end of August.  They are $1000-$1100 weekly (from Sat to Sat).  If available daily, $195 a day with a 3 nite minimum stay. 

There are no discounts for monthly rates in the summertime from June 1 - August 31st.  It is only rented on a weekly basis rental in the summer months.

Monthly rates are from Sept to the end of May only.  The winter rates for a month starting Sept 1st thru the end of May are $1400.00-$1800 per month and of course upon availability. 

There is a $250.00 security deposit due upon booking, along with a $150.00 cleaning deposit.  These are both refundable if everything left in place and clean upon your departure.
