The home is located just minutes or a short walk from the restaurants, shopping and culture of Downtown Hollywood and Young Circle’s Arts Park; the 10-acre interactive park featuring Children’s play area, interactive fountain, 
promenade for jogging or strolling, and site for art, concert and culture 
activities. Downtown is also home to unique boutiques, art galleries, hip 
nightclubs and cultural hot spots that offer another taste of Hollywood's

The beach is a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride! Since the home is east of US 1 there are no major streets to cross or traffic to deal with getting to the beach.
