This beach accessible condo has plenty of room with 1180 square  
feet;  
2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen, and combination living room/dining  
area.  Furnished for comfort, just bring your personal belongings  
and  
favorite beach gear.  With a queen sized bed in the master, a full  
sized bed in the second bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, this  
condo sleeps six comfortably.  This multi-level condo is fully  
carpeted, with a complete kitchen and laundry room. The view from  
both balconies offers a gulf view and wonderful sunsets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo has two television sets with cable and HBO as well as a  
DVD player in the living room.  A carport protects your car.  The  
kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, coffee maker, toaster,  
microwave oven, dishwasher, electric stove and fridge.  No need for  
trips to the laundry with a complete washer and dryer on the main  
floor.  An outdoor shower is available in the back of the building  
for rinsing off beach sand.  The public beach is 50 yards from your  
front door.

Activities and Attractions

The gulf shore offers soft waves and warm temperatures just outside  
your door.  Located between the vacation spots of Clearwater and St.  
Petersburg beaches, night life, restaurants, fishing and water  
activities are available.  If you choose a quieter vacation, just  
stay in the condo area with restaurants across the street, grocery
