Cozy and comfortable describes this multi-level,three bedroom, two bath, fabulous all pine interior home in private setting  with 780 feet of waterfront on the western side of the middle basin of Moose Pond. Enter the home through the mud room, right away the nice scent of old pine comes over you. You will pass past the 1st bedroom with a set of bunkbeds and the main bathroom. You will then enter into the open living room/kitchen /dining area with french doors that lead out to the all season sunporch with views to the backyard and Moose Pond.  A gas stove in the living room can be enjoyed while reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine after a soothing period in the hot tub. A spiral staircase leads up the the top floor to the large master bedroom.    The bedroom has a king bed with down comforter, TV, really neat large slider doors that go to the spacious closets.     There is a private master bathroom with a tiled steam shower that is great after a hard day of skiing.  A second set of french doors lead out to a balcony that faces the waterfront. Shawnee Peak Ski Mountain is only 2.4 miles away.  The 100 ft. of waterfront that consist of gradual entry with sandy bottom, the waterfront wraps around a cove to the dock that can hold three boats and has a nice canopy.  The yard is fenced in to help contain the family pet, there is a firepit surrounded by chairs, a horseshoe pit and a large hammock.  A great place for families all seasons.  The home is Pet Friendly - a $200.00 Pet Deposit is required of which $100.00 is non-refundable

The home is located in Denmark, Me 2.4 mile from Shawnee Peak Ski Mountain that is just one of two ski resorts in Maine to offer night skiing. Area attractions include many restaurants, the shops of quaint Bridgton village, An Art Gallary, Antique shops and Musuems. the 'Magic Lantern Movie Theater' that offers three screens and a pub with outside seating to enjoy a bite to eat before or after a movie. The Bridgton Drive-in is the only twin drive-in in Maine, Bridgton Highlands Country Club offers a 18 hole golf course and there are many shops that offer unique gifts for any occasion. There are fairs and Festivals that take place nearby during the warmer months such as the famous 'Fryeburg Fair' that takes place in October located just 15 min from Bridgton. North Conway, NH. home to the White Mountain National Forest, Conway Scenic Railroad, Santa's Village and many outlet shops is 25 min. away. To enjoy a day by the ocean, the well know 'Old Port' in Portland, Me is 1 hr. away.

The home can be rented on a weekly, three night weekend or on a seasonal basis - based on the following rates- please read the rates before calling.

Winter vacation weeks: (X-mas & February Vacation) Rates: Weekly:  Sat-Sat (7 nights) $1600 per week

Non-holiday Winter weekly Weeks:  $1400.0

Weekend:  Friday-Monday: $650.00

Seasonal: Dec-May: $900.00 month plus heat, electricity and phone. Cable and plowing is included in the rate.

Departure Clean: $75-$125.00 (depends on the lenght of Stay

Security Deposit: $250-$700- depending on the length of stay

Pet Deposit: $200.00 with $100.00 being non-refundable
