Come stay 1 mile from the beach and 1 1/2 miles from Atlantic Ave with great resturants, boutiques, night life and art galleries. This 2 bedroom condo is a corner unit on the 3rd floor with a balcony that overlooks the lake at Delray Racquet Club. This extremely clean condo sleeps 6. In the large master bedroom is a King bed with a walk-in closet and separate vanity from the bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and an office nook with a desk. The living room has a sofa that pulls out to a queen bed (largest living room in complex). (1295 sq.ft living space) It is completely furnished with flat screen TV's and a laundry/utility room. There are 2 newly renovated full bathrooms. Balcony has 2 sides screened in and great a great breeze. Includes 2 dining tables, one in kitchen and dining room. The beautilfully mantained grounds include 2 pools, hot tube and great tennis courts. There is also an olympic pool that offers swim lessons and water aerobics on the grounds.
