Townhouse condo is vacation ready and completely outfitted. Bring your clothes, tolietries and beach toys. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrig. Poolside grill available. Master bedroom has queen bed. Second bedroom has 2 full beds. Unit has washer/dryer, 3 TVs and DVD player. Wireless internet access available.

Weekly rental rates range from $880 to $1,080 per week plus taxes and includes cleaning fee. Mastercard/Visa are accepted. During high season, weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. A $200 reservation deposit is required with the balance of the rental due 45 days before occupancy. Security deposit is $400. Occupancy is limited to 6 people including babies and children. No Pets. Must be 25 years old to rent. Signed rental agreement.
