The Oasis is a dreamy getaway with all the comforts of home and not centrally located in the midst of the busy Florida attraction areas. After a busy day at Walt Disney World, Sea World or Universal Studios,take a dip in our outdoor pool or just relax on the condo's covered balcony with a nice cold beverage.

(Great for Snowbirds) The property's amenities include: gated community with tennis courts, lakeside gazebo with outdoor grilling station, one gorgeous outdoor swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the lake. Its forty minutes to Coco Beach and 60 minutes to Daytona Beach from the condo.

 Private entrance, second floor 2 Bedroom/ 2 full bath .Sleeper sofa bed in living room. The fully equipped cook-friendly kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counter tops, including all new major appliances plus mini coffee pot, toaster oven etc; brand new full washer/dryer set up. There is also a 6-person dinette and a 2 person counter high mini bar. The living room opens out to a large covered balcony with a great view of Pearl Lake and also features a 46" LCD Flat Panel TV with a wide variety of DVD movies for your viewing pleasure. Local cable channels only and internet are available.

A bit about Altamonte Springs and Area: A wonderful place to visit any time of year.Book during October - November - December to enjoy the perfect weather and see the amazing Christmas decorations including the musical fountain and fairs in Uptown Altamonte as well as the Historic Christmas Home Tour in Sanford. Altamonte Springs has many upscale as well as main stream (Kohl’s JC Penney) shops. Imax 3D Theatre JLive concerts downtown on Friday nights. JEvents at Crane’s Roost Park every weekend –Check the events board to see what is going on. Go for a walk around Crane’s Roost in the evening. So nice and many friendly people to strike up a conversation with. Take a loaf of bread to feed the fish and turtles. Have dinner at Murano’s Italian Restaurant at Crane’s Roost Park. Drive to Winter Park (20mins), stroll along Park Avenue and browse in the Upscale Shops or take a boat ride along the canals to see the homes of the rich and famous. Go snorkeling at Wekiwa Springs (10 min drive) and check out the fish that hang out where the water gushes up from the fissure in the bedrock. Water is a constant 74°c .Rent a canoe at Wekiwa Springs > $18 for 3 hours. Lots of beautiful birds, gators etc to see.We are close to Universal & Disney - 30mins We are close to New Smyrna Beach > 45 mins >> Absolutely have to go to JB’s restaurant and have dinner on the deck as you watch dolphins playing. Daytona Beach Boardwalk is a nice place to hang out (60 mins) If you like history, drive up to St. Augustine (80min) and spend an evening there.Use the Trolley system to sightsee. Take a guided tour of Flagler College in St. Augustine, well worth the time.Cape Canaveral is 38 miles away..Mount Dora is a nice town close by us (15 min). Many historic buildings and antique stores etc…You can rent a Segway to tour the town Sanford is about 15 mins away. They have a beautiful downtown and an authentic German restaurant >The Wiilow Tree Cafe with live music(after 6pm) reservations will be needed, very fun place. Enjoy the beautiful walkways along Lake Munroe. Explore old Florida at the Sanford Citrus Museum. Take a dinner cruise on the Rivership Romance from Sanford, awesome 4 hour dinner cruise on Lake Munroe. $40 for a sit down meal – huge steak, turkey, ham.Swim with the Manatee at Blue Springs Park (30 Min)
