Come and enjoy the envigorating altitude at about 10,000 feet above sea-level. Summers are warm in the day and perfectly cool at night following the brief afternoon rain showers over the peaks. Watch for the rainbows off the back deck! Ski season brings cozy evenings in front of the wood fire while the snow drifts outside..supplying pristine first-run powder skiing in the morning. This unit has an unobstructed view of the Dillon Valley flanked by Lake Dillon to the left and the Ten Mile range front and center.

This condo has a 46 inch flat panel LCD wall mounted swivel TV, Blu-ray/DVD is internet connected. FREE WiFi. Wood burning fireplace, and incredible mountain views off our deck make this a vacation dream come true! A grill is available at the recreation center for year-round bar-b-queing! Our private clubhouse is 300 feet away and features a heated indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. The common area building also has an upstairs recreation room which features a guest bar (unstocked), ping-pong table, and foosball table and fireplace... Perfect for apres-ski relaxation and group parties. Coin operated laundry facilities are on-site in the recreation building for your convenience.

Minimum stays: Fall: 2 night minimum, Early Ski: 2 night minimum, Holiday ski, 6 night minimum, January Ski: 6 night minimum, Peak Ski: 6 night minimum, Spring Ski: 3 night minimum, Summer: 3 night minimum.
Clean-out fee of 100.00 USD is added for all stays less than 6 nights.
A $350.00- $500.00 USD damage retainer is required (depends on length of stay, and the age make-up of the guests). It will be refunded in whole or in part, based on the condition of the unit after your departure.
Deposit and full payment: A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due to hold your reservation. We will not block our calendars until we receive your deposit.
Cancellation Policy: varies depending on season and length of rental term.
This is a newly decorated and furnished unit. Renters must be age 30 or above, unless accompanied by responsible adults/guardians. Nothing personal, but we have had some problems with excessive partying, so thanks for understanding. We also ask that children be above age 10 when staying with parents. We will be verifying this when you book with us. Thank you for your understanding.
