All rates are for up to 6 guests and include everything. 

Each booking has a one time $100 cleaning fee on top of the nightly rate. 

Each booking has a one time security deposit of $150 which will be refunded at check out provided there are no damages or missing items. 

Minimum stay is 5 nights except where indicated (December 20-January 6 where it is 7 nights)
