vacation rental description
This vacation home is located in Northslope II at Shawnee.
First floor has bedroom with a full size bed, full bathroom with tub, kitchen, dining area, living room with cathedral ceiling, fireplace, south facing windows with winter view of the slopes at the mountain, sliding doors leading to deck.
The second floor has a loft with a twin size day bed, master bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with shower, and separate jacuzzi room.
The townhome is about a mile from the Shawnee Mountain Ski Area. There is use of the pools at the Inn. Nearby activities include golfing, canoeing, skiing, tubing, hiking.
There are currently no DVD players at the house; there is cable TV. This is not a super luxurious home; it is clean and functional for vacationers who are coming to the area for attractions, hiking, skiing, and all the other wonderful things the area has to offer. The rental rates are reduced in order to more fairly align for this particular home. The bed mattresses are protected with plastic covers; the beds are always made with fresh, clean, quality linens. The carpeting is clean but does have some stains from use. There is a lovely deck off the back of the home which faces south so gets alot of sun.
This home is about 80 miles New York City.
