Nice home on secluded island (access via road) in Ocala National Forest.  Quiet neighborhood on Big Lake Kerr.  Public boat ramp 5 minutes away.  Ocala is 45 minutes away, Orlando 1.5-2 hours away.  Walmart is 25 minutes away.  Salt Springs Recreation area 10 minutes away.  Other natural springs 20-30 minutes away.  Hunting and Fishing abundant in this area.   

Full kitchen, cable turned on and paid for by renter, utilities not included.  Located on a canal with access to Big Lake Kerr.   Large yard with huge oaks and beautiful view of marsh.

  No subletting, no smoking in house, and no pets. Things within 30 minutes: Wal-mart, grocery store, Silver Springs, and other springs.  Daytona and Orlando are less than 2 hours away.

We will consider 3 months lease but prefer 6 months lease.
