Stunning single family home located in an exclusive, private, upscale neighborhood inside the Seven Springs Mountain Resort.  Enjoy all the social activities the resort has to offer then return back and begin relaxing in this spacious home located on 1/2 acre nestled on the side of the mountain.  The house is located on the Seven Springs shuttle line so once you arrive, park your car in the large private driveway (holds approximately 5 cars) and take the Seven Springs shuttle from the house to everywhere the shuttle services. Prefer to walk to the lodge or hotel?  Gorgeous walking trails are available too.  The home is located just minutes from the slopes, lodge, hotel and other main attractions in the resort. 

After a day on the slopes, sink into or recline back in the comfortable, top grain leather sectional sofa in the open concept great room with vaulted ceilings and watch your favorite shows or movies on the oversized flat screen 3D TV on the huge stone fireplace.  Stock the mini fridge located in the wet bar area and set out snacks on the granite counter tops.  Just want to read or watch nature?  No problem.  This home is very spacious so while your family watches the football game in the great room, you can relax in the hearth room, curled up on the leather sofa with your favorite book or simply watch nature walk by the huge two story windows that overlook the back yard.

Enjoy cooking?  The kitchen is highly functional and efficient with upgraded stainless steel appliances.  Enjoy family meals in the adjoining, separate dining room or have a snack in the kitchen nook area or sitting at the kitchen bar.  The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a large soaking jetted tub.  The perfect way to end the day while the kids are tucked away and playing upstairs in the three second story bedrooms.

Three queen beds, two twin beds, two twin sleepers.  Bed linens and initial towel setup provided.  Blankets, comforters and pillows provided.  First floor laundry for additional laundry needs.  Master bathroom has large soaking jetted tub and separate shower, two sinks and large walk in closet.  Cable TV and Internet included.  DVD player.  Local phone service provided.  Large flat screen TVs in master bedroom, living room and great room and standard TVs in upstairs bedrooms.  Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances.  Child high chair.  Gas cooking.  Gas fireplace available however wood burning stove in second fireplace is locked and use is not permitted.  Large outside patio with gas grill.  Large private driveway (garage and area above not included).  Seven Spring shuttle to main lodge and other Seven Springs amenities included.

Regular Weekend Rate:  $1,300 (2 nights) plus $500 for each additional night

Midweek night:  $500/night

Weekly Stay: (7 nights)  $3,300
