A large open living-dining room combination with sofa, loveseat, recliners, entertainment center w/ 42" flat panel HDTV and dining table/chairs and server are perfect for entertaining. Complimentary Internet. A large master bedroom with beautiful new bedroom furnture with a queen I-Comfort mattress with 32" flatpanel HDTV and a adjoining bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds w/ 26" flat panel HDTV and is next to the main bathroom with combo tub/shower. The enclosed furnished lanai with table and chairs is perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee & newspaper and the beauty of The Villages. Our car may be available for rent during your stay.

Security deposit will be promptly refunded after a full inspection of the home less the $75 cleaning fee. Full rent is due 45 days prior to the arrival date.
