The decor of this home is top-of-the-line in uniqueness and color. The artwork, provided courtesy of the artist, draws the eye and simultaneously lifts the mood.

It's all about view and comfort in this relaxing retreat. The open floor plan includes a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy living and dining area - all with fabulous ocean views. Sliding glass doors provide access to the full west deck. Bring your favorite CDs to enjoy the 'Kenwood' music center in the living room. Cozy up with a good book in front of the huge river rock fireplace. Enjoy your favorite movies on the DVD/VCR on either of the TV's in the main living area and "studio" living room. DirectTV service provides a nice selection of channels for your viewing pleasure as well.

The main house includes an ocean view master bedroom with queen bed, a bath with a shower, and an east side bedroom with double bed & hallway bathroom with a tub & shower.

A separate entrance leads to "The Studio", and is ideal for a couple wanting their own space and privacy. It holds a queen futon with a memory foam mattress in the living room, and there is a private queen bedroom and full bath as well. Both the studio and master bedroom in main house have sliding glass doors out onto the full west deck. The studio also includes a TV/DVD/VCR & kitchenette as well.

Each room has a theme and blends with the featured artwork. The roomy kitchen with warm wood accents is perfect for cooking and visiting around the counter/bar. The modern touch of black appliances & granite counters round out this room to make a great gathering area. Pantry off the kitchen is also a convenient location for the large refrigerator/freezer & washer/dryer.

Enjoy full relaxation on the west deck with chairs & patio tables provided for the warmer weather months. A gas grill is provided for year-round grilling, while watching the incredible ocean views all around you. In addition, the outdoor fire bowl in west yard allows you to enjoy some evening campfires and marshmallow roasts from the convenience of your front yard.

You can kayak up the Nehalem River, 7 miles to the south, go shopping or to restaurants in either of the picturesque towns nearby, run miles on the endless beach at Manzanita, or just relax all day on our deck or at the edge of our bluff above the rocky beach and the Pacific.
