There is a lovely master bedroom suite with king bed on the main level with access out to the wrap-around deck. The brand new comfortable bed has quality down comforter and linens. The travertine bathroom is elegant with sunken jetted tub and glass enclosed shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. The main level also offers a large family room with sleeper sofa, 36" flat screen TV and game area, and washer/dryer. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with queen bed and balcony looking out to the Big Deschutes River and flat screen TV. Additional bedroom with two twins upstairs also has a nice TV. There is a large bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks at the end of the hall.

The living room is beautifully furnished with classic leather couch and chairs to enjoy the wood burning fireplace with gas starter. There are lovely antiques and art, a fabulous walnut dining room table, hardwood floors, Oriental carpets, big 42" flat screen TV, surround sound, and large area open to the kitchen. The walls of windows let in wonderful light and the beautiful wood doors lead to the wrap-around deck where you can choose to listen to the sounds of nature or turn on the stereo with inside and outside speakers. Enjoy the music and video collection, bring your own or rent in nearby Sunriver resort. Dish TV with HBO-Showtime is provided on the living room TV. There is also wifi.

State-of-the-art slab granite lines the kitchen with integrated custom Fir cabinets and doors. Dacor range, dishwasher, Elk theme dishware, coffee grinder, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, blender, attention-to-detail utensils, knives and all-clad cookware complete the space. There is a nice gas grill outside under the covered porch.

There is a two car garage with openers for your use. The long driveway is ideal to park your horse trailer, boat or snowmobiles. There is two miles of National Forest to the north for all your recreational needs just out your back door. Boats are permitted with a 5mph speed limit and there is a boat ramp one-quarter mile downriver (north) at the Big River Campground off South Century Drive and upriver three miles at LaPine State Park.
