Early Summer Special $2000/wk (fees included!) in Seacrest Beach

That's right, our Weekly Rates includes all fees. There are no
additional taxes,processing fees or cleaning fees to pay.
Located in beautiful Seacrest Beach, Florida, our cottage is a place
to relax and have fun at the beach. It borders the unbelievable
12,000-square-foot pool and is a short walk along a beautiful palm
tree-lined walkway to the beaches of South Walton. Come and enjoy
our beautiful blue waters and white-sugar sand beaches.
Built in 2001, the cottage is new and very well appointed. The main
living floors are tiled and the three and one-half baths contain
marble showers and vanities (plus a jacuzzi tub in one master bath).
The first floor contains a bedroom, a bunkroom, a garage, a full bath,
and a laundry area with washer and dryer. Also on the first floor is a
screened breezeway containing our hot tub and bar area.
The second floor contains the kitchen, the den, and the dining room
plus a balcony overlooking the pool and the amphitheater. The
kitchen is finished with tile countertops, smooth-surface range,
dishwasher, microwave, and a freezer on the bottom refrigerator with
an ice maker.
We really like to cook, so we have outfitted the kitchen with all of
the appliances and accessories you need to prepare a great meal
(or a great drink!).
In the den is a sofa bed plus the entertainment center, which contains
a 42 inch HDTV, TiVO, DVD player, stereo VCR, receiver, and a
surround-sound system.
The third floor contains two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private
bath and one also has a private balcony overlooking the green space
with a view of the pool, the Gulf, and the amphitheater. Each bedroom
contains a color TV, VCR, and CD player as well as a telephone and
alarm clock (although these do not see much use!).
When you are not enjoying our incredible pool and beaches, there are
plenty of other fun things to do. There is snorkeling and scuba
diving as well as fishing boat charters and dinner cruises in Panama
City Beach. You can also go parasailing, rent a sea kayak, or a jet
ski there. Bikes are available for rent nearby and there are also
amusement parks and miniature golf courses for evening fun.
Need to stay in touch while you're at the beach? You can surf the
web and keep up with your email at our place. We've equipped the
cottage with a cable modem, a router/firewall and wifi. Bring your
802.11 ready notebook and stay connected!
Seacrest Beach is located on Highway 30A and Seagrove, Seaside,
Grayton Beach, and all of the other beaches of South Walton are a
short drive away. We are next to Rosemary Beach and the new, Tom
Fazio, Camp Creek Golf Course. There are shops and dining within
walking distance and a large Winn Dixie Marketplace and a Publix
grocery store are just a 5 minute drive away.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
