with no public access.  Full kitchen, recently remodeled with all 
new full size appliances(microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove, 
dishwasher) and fully stocked with everything you need. Newly 
remodeled guest bathroom.   Roomy layout includes eat-in Kitchen 
with great ocean view, dining room, family room, master bedroom 
(large walk in closet), master bath, guest bedroom, guest bath. One 
assigned covered parking spot, with plenty of guest spaces. Full set 
of linens, towels, beach gear, and more all included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated Pool overlooking the ocean, Saunas, Gym overlooking the 
ocean, newly remodeled Cardroom with kitchen and Library, 
Barbeque grills (2-gas and 2-charcoal) with picnic tables on the

Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a peaceful, seaside village located in 
Broward County between Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach. It is 
situated between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. 
Pelican Square is the hub of this tranquil community that features 
fine dining, boutiques, and unique and charming shops. Pelican 
Square is located at the water’s edge and has sitting areas under 
the palms near a dramatic award-winning sculpture of pelicans. The 
entire town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has undergone an extensive 
refurbishment in recent years, complete with oversize brick 
sidewalks, street lamps and lush landscaping. In addition, there are 
many museums specializing in history, science, archaeology, art, and 
culture that can all be found nearby. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea offers a 
living reef which can be found just 100 yards from shore, that makes 
for excellent snorkeling and scuba diving, as well as fishing, 
sunbathing, and swimming. For this reason, Lauderdale-By-The-Sea was 
proclaimed the diving Capitol of South Florida by the Broward County 
Board of Commissioners in 1997. Of course, all of the excitement of 
Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach is just a short drive away, complete 
with its trendy cafes and gift shops, boutiques, restaurants, jazz 
clubs and nightlife.
