Spectacular Condo with a million dollar view!

Our vacation was fantastic. Deb, the owner, provided us with top-notch service. She was extremely accommodating to our requests and was readily available to answer our questions. The Condo itself is very impressive. First of all, it was very clean with freshly laundered linens and towels. The condo is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, with all modern amenities. There is plenty of space making it ideal for a family vacation. The view is absolutely stunning, overlooking the pool, the sand and the majestic water. Every morning we would wake up with the sun beaming in through the ceiling-to-floor windows in the master bedroom. We would enjoy having breakfast on the balcony, over-looking the pool and the ocean. What a breathtaking sight!

The location is ideal with restaurants, shopping, groceries and pharmacy all within a very short walking distance. We also walked to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea which has a number of very good restaurants and unique shopping.

We hope to go back very soon and have recommended the condo to our family and friends.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Beautiful Ocean View Condi

The owner, Deb, met us at the condo to let us in and show us around the first night. She was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. She even let us check out late since we had a late flight. We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom. We would wake up looking at the sunrise. We also enjoyed eating at the high top table overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was not fancy but included everything you needed. We ate breakfast and lunch in and went out to dinner. There was shopping within walking distance (grocery, liquor and fast food). We liked being several miles away from the Ft. Lauderdale strip as the condo was in a quieter area. We enjoyed walking to the next town Ft. Lauderdale By the Sea for dinner. Friday night they had free live music with tables set up outside. The condo was only a couple of miles from a water taxi stop. A must do in our book. We rode the water taxi to sightsee and to go out to dinner at a downtown stop. The pool was nice (free chairs here) but we are beach people so we spent most of our days renting beach chairs and sitting on the beach. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean and even walked down to the pier and snorkeled one day. It was pretty far out to snorkel but the condo had kick boards that we used. The condo also had beach toys and an optional second bedroom if you were planning on bringing kids. Overall, the condo was very clean and had everything that you needed to enjoy yourself.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Amazing!!!

If I could sum up our overall experience in one word - Amazing! Breath taking ocean views,we watched the sun come up every morning. Everything you could possibly want in a condo was provided, it was extremely well maintain, comfortable, roomy, and all the extras were provide: beach toys, beach towels, internet,and all of the basic supplies that we needed during our stay. I was extremely impressed with all of the amenities that accompanied our condo, and at the resort. The pictures accurately represent the condo. The condo is perfectly located and within walking distance to many local restaurants, shopping, entertainment and night life.

However, more important to us was the owner - Deb responded immediately to my emails and questions, prior to our arrival. It was a pleasure having the owner on-site and available. Deb was fantastic, and goes above expectations. She is definitely a business women that provides great customer service, but also treats you like family.

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. You would not be disappointed. I hope to go back next year with my family and friends.
