You will have a fully equipped grantie stainless steel custom kitchen, washer, dryer, linens, towels and a 500 pound ice machine for all your fshing adventures.

The home has cathedral ceilings, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main living area. The first is the master bedroom with a king sized bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath with tub. Great for chilren and grandchildren to soak away the day after playing in the pool or out on the boat. There are threecable connected TVs and a WiFi connection. Overlooking the canal and water is a large screened balcony that runs across the full back of the house with two three panel sliding doors to bring the outside in.

The downstairs guest suite has a living area, utility kitchen, master king suite with another full bath. The kitchen includes a refigerator, sink, microwave, granite countertops and cutom cabinets.Walk out to the covered patio to enjoy the pool and dock.

The 100 feet of dockage is just a few steps away. You have direct access to the bay and a short boat ride to the ocean through Travenier Creek. A large fishing cleaning table will be waiting for your catch. Remember you the use of the 500 pound icemaker which makes your fishing so much easier.
