This gorgeous home is adjacent to the Historic Pacific Coast Highway, (not too close), but easy walk to down town, and to restaurants and boutiques, with immediate access to the white sandy beaches. You can also take a walk to Moonlight State Beach, with permanent lifeguard headquarters, tennis court, modern tot lot, concession stand, fire rings, showers and public facilities. Moonlight Beach is the focal point of all summer activities in the city of Encinitas. Neptune Ave is a location for a relaxing beach vacation within city limits! Enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves while enjoying the jacuzzi spa watching the boats, dolphins, and cruise ships float by. Beautifully landscaped exterior. The kitchen is fully equipped, with many extras. The living room faces the the sunset ocean views. The patio has a dining table for 6, is just outside the indoor dining table. A great place to hang for surfing, enjoying the beach, taking walks along the surf line, collecting shells on the beach, kicking back on your own patio, and the breezes all summer and year-round! Have your afternoon glass of wine or margarita watching the great sunsets in your amazing home or deck! Only 3 homes over to the beach stair access! Get some sun, or head over to Moonlight Beach and a lunch down town. Take a walk to into Encinitas for breakfast, or use the great convenient kitchen. Take the Coaster train to the Del Mar Races in late July-through early September. Lots of shopping close by, walking distance to great casual dining, lots of activities! Legoland is only 10 minutes away, San Diego 25 minutes to the south, Disneyland is only 75 minutes to the north. Miles of beaches in both directions to explore.
