Beautifully furnished year round lake home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, located on Keuka Lake's prestigious east side, with tranquil mornings drinking coffee or evenings viewing spectacular sunsets from Adirondack chairs on the beach or from our decks, all facing the magnificent Bluff. Our home is fully furnished with spectacular views from the two living rooms, dining room, kitchen and front bedroom.
You can park right at the rear entrance to our home and walk out the lower level onto a gentle sloping beach directly into the lake, a great play area for children.
Main floor has large living room, full bath, dining room( that will seat 8), kitchen and laundry/storage room (dryer only).
Second floor has 3 bedrooms, full bath and a 2nd living room (or area to put rollaway and/or mattresses).
Basement is wide open with ping pong table and pool table.
