The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo in a luxury building. It has partial ocean view and is tastefully decorated. As a vacation rental, the unit comes fully furnished!!! The kitchen comes with everything and we also provide linens and towels. It also has two flat-screen TVs, microwave, wi-fi, cable and washer/dryer -- all of that in the unit. Available for non-smokers only. No pets allowed.

The building is located directly on Hallandale Beach offering direct ocean access, heated swimming pool, 24 hour security, gym, sauna, whirlpool, parking ($4/night for weekly rentals or free for montlhy rentals), party room and tennis court.
Hallandale Beach is easily accessible through Ft. Lauderdale Airport (10 minutes) or the alternative airports of Miami (20 - 30 minutes) and West Palm Beach (40-60 minutes).

This is truly the place to be in South Florida. You are literally minutes from great golf, great shopping, world famous south beach night life, fantastic cafe's and jazz clubs, and a vast selection of restaurants yet distant enough to fully enjoy relaxing by the water, away from it all, if you chose to. Some popular South Florida attractions include the Aventura Mall, the Gulstream Race Track and the Marinas, which are all minutes away. Also, you can drive down from my unit and be in "South Beach" in less than 1/2 hour.
