This stunning 2,500 sq.ft. beach jewel offers vacationing in style and comfort at a priceless location. The house is located steps from the beach, in one of the nicest areas San Diego’s (Windansea/La Jolla). You can easily walk to stores and restaurants. La Jolla offers many dining and entertainment options.
This fabulous 3 level home offers everything you need for a memorable vacation by the beach. The main level of the house with its open floor plan features the kitchen, bathroom, dining and living area. The gourmet Scavolini kitchen with its finest stainless steel appliances and designer finishes is the perfect place for fun cooking times. It’s very spacious and offers lots of seating.
The lower level of the house offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom, washer and dryer. One bedroom features a queen bed and walk in closet and the other one a king bed and a click-clack couch (sleeps one adult or two kids).
The top level of the house features the Master bedroom with attached balcony and bathroom. Sleeping arrangements in the bedroom include a King bed and a couch (folds to a full/double bed). The bathroom offers two sinks, rain shower and walk in closet.

Amenities include 55” TV, DVD and fireplace in living room, TV in Master bedroom, rain showers in 2 bathrooms, fireplace in living room, including the roof deck and a hot/cold water outdoor shower. The rooftop terrace with lots of lounge seating and a fire pit offers spectacular sunsets and ocean views.
The house offers a 1-2 car garage and easy street parking (during the off season).
Beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, a portable crib, pack n play, high chair, baby tub, potty, books, toys, 2 I-Home docking stations and much more is provided for your convenience.

The beach is broken by rocks, creating natural alcoves of varying size, perfect for private parties or private rendezvous. Swimming is best on the south half of the beach between Kolmar Street and Big Rock Reef. Lifeguards supervise near the grass shack at the end of Bonaire Street in summertime.
