Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful home in tranquil neighborhood. We are just far enough away 
from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to shopping, movies, restaurants, 
and golf.  You have beautiful walking paths, bike riding paths and hiking 
right out your front door.  Our home is very nicely furnished (you may not want
to leave). It includes kitchen with eating area, family room, dining room, den 
with Hi-Speed internet access, 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms. 
Master bedroom has King size bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, 
Third bedroom has a double bed. Back yard has built-in gas grill, 
patio set and an occasional morning view of Hot Air Balloons. Local 
phone service and cable TV also provided.

There is a community center within walking distance. It offers a 
large adult pool, children's pool, splash fountain, tennis courts, 
beach volleyball, basketball courts, picnic areas, children's play 
area and lots of green space to run off some energy. There are also 
scheduled activities at the community center to include pilates, 
yoga, bunco, and many more.

If you choose you can just relax and do nothing, or get out and 
enjoy the area. You are not far from Cave Creek and Carefree where 
you can enjoy the old cowboy atmosphere and shopping for unique 
Arizona gifts. There are also many great restaurants in this area. 

The Phoenix/Scottsdale area is known for shopping and fabulous 
dinning. If you enjoy major sporting events come in January to see 
the Fiesta Bowl, Phoenix Open or the Barrett Jackson Car Auction. 

Within a half hour drive from several Golf courses including Dove 
Valley, Legend Trail, The Legend at Arrowhead, TPC Course, Grayhawk, 
and many more. If you're a fan of Cactus League Baseball, it's only 
a short drive to Surprise Stadium (Texas Rangers, Kansas City 
Royals), Peoria Stadium (San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners), or 
Maryvale Baseball Park (Milwaukee Brewers). You are also close to 
recreational areas offering horseback riding, hiking, picnic areas 
and playgrounds. 

If your inclined to explore, there are a number of day trips for you 
to enjoy. Lake Pleasant is only 15 min. away. Easy access to I-17 
will take you North to the Red Rock Country of Sedona, Jerome, and 
the Grand Canyon.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1200.00 per month / $500.00 per week.
These are Summer Rates for May through August only.
Please contact us for rates beyond these dates.

$350.00 required to hold reservation, out of which will be taken a 
$125.00 cleaning fee,as well as any long distance charges. Remainder 
fully refundable assuming no 
damage or excessive cleaning needed. Half of total rent due 60 days 
prior to reservation date. Balance due upon arrival.
