This deluxe REMODELED vacation condo is located in Kuilima Estates 
East at Turtle Bay, Oahu.  The remodeling consists of all 
new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new tile floor, new bathroom 
vanity and TWO air conditioning units!  We have also added high 
speed internet access so bring your laptop!  A 32" HDTV was added in 
January of 2007!!
 
The unit rents by the day [2 day minimum], week, or month.  Long 
term rentals can be arranged as well.

Welcome to Oahu's unspoiled North Shore, where your dreams of a 
perfect Hawaiian vacation come true with fun filled days and nights 
to remember. Kuilima Estates is nestled in the center of one of the 
two championship 18 hole golf courses on the grounds of The Turtle 
Bay Resort. 

The Estates are only minutes away from the beach where you can enjoy 
swimming, surfing, snorkeling, or just plain relaxing on the miles 
of pristine sandy beaches. In addition to beach activities, the 
resort area also offers golf, horseback riding, tennis, shopping, 
fine dining, and entertainment. Waikiki and its many attractions are 
only an hour away.
 
Within the Estates are five swimming pools and four regulation 
tennis courts. Our condo is well equipped - a full size kitchen, 
stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, telephone, 
cable TV, and DVD player.  
Enjoy the fabulous sunsets from your own lanai. You may choose to 
cook a gourmet meal in the condo, or barbecue at one of the outdoor 
facilities by the pools. Several nearby restaurants offer a variety 
of dining experiences. North Shore beaches offer world famous 
surfing & wind surfing spots - Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and Banzai 
Pipeline.

Vacation Rental Rates

Two night minimum stay. (Except during Christmas and New Years, 
one week minimum). Down payment required.

Personal checks, travelers checks, money orders and all major credit 
cards will be accepted for payment

All rates are taxable at 11.96% (State & Hotel Room Tax) plus a one-
time cleaning fee.


Cancellation must be received 10 days prior to arrival during low 
season and 30 days prior during high season to receive a full 
refund. Partial refund if canceled on day of arrival, no shows or 
early checkout.


Damage Deposit taken upon arrival via credit card.
 
 - Book for a month and pay for only 22 days, the rest are free! 

 - Long term lease available by request.  

Daily rate - $195
