The unit is available January through March, 2013.

This rental is for a two or three month period, January through March 2013. The January and February rental rate is $2300 per month and March is $2000 per month. There is a $1000 refundable security deposit required and a $175 cleaning fee plus 11% Florida sales tax. 

This is a gated community and an access card will be needed to be obtained from the management company office upon your arrival. An application with the association will be necessary prior to obtaining the access card. No pets allowed and no smoking inside of the unit. We will be asking for a signed rental contract and a 50% down payment with the remainder due 30 days prior to rental date.

The unit has a small lanai area. It has been freshly painted and is well appointed with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Parking is available for two cars on the driveway and the garage does have a washer and dryer.  There is a 42" flat panel television in the living room and a home entertainment system, DVD player and Ipod dock.  There are additional televisions in the bedrooms upstairs.  The unit has WiFi and cable.  Kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and coffee maker.

Available for your use are two bicycles and there are tennis courts and a park located a short drive down the road. The complex does have a community pool. 

It is conveniently located near I-75 for easy access to Naples or Tampa and 10 minutes from Fort Myers airport. It is also located near the Gulf Coast Town Center which has a variety of stores, restaurants, and a movie theatre. It is a short drive to the Coconut Point Shopping area in Bonita Springs. 

Fort Myers Beach is a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic and a short drive to Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
