west and overlook the large, beautifully landscaped pool.
The master bedroom (queen bed) also has a large, well-lit walk-in closet. The
second bedroom (queen bed) is conveniently adjacent to the second bathroom and
directly across from the laundry room. The use of large mirrors in the master
bedroom, living and dining room and entranceway add to the spacious feel of this spotlessly
maintained unit! The eat-in kitchen is well-equipped, and features a pass
through to the sit-down bar; a great feature for both everyday use and
entertaining. One seating area in the living room allows for a conversation
group or reading area, while the other faces the 42" flatscreen TV and sound system.
Ceramic floors throughout make day-to-day cleanups a
breeze and are cool to the feet on those hot Florida days! Just bring your
bathing suit and sun hat….everything else is waiting for you, from beach towels
to pool noodles. Parking is directly in front of the unit.
