Ocean Manor Luxury 2 Bed 2 Bath w Ocean View & Balcony in Fort Lauderdale

My condo unit 610 is a beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium. The condo has an incredible 35 foot long open private balcony, overlooking the Ocean Manor Resort's pool, and the Atlantic Ocean.

The condo is privately owned and managed: I own four condos in the Ocean Manor. All of them are thoroughly cleaned before every check in, and all are tastefully furnished.

610 has a light ceramic tile floor, and white walls. Unit 610 is a bright unit, with large floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed, and the other bedroom has two full double beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms, and large closets.

The unit has three HD TVs, one in each bedroom, and one in the living room. There is a desk, and the unit has free high speed wi fi. The living room has a new leather sofa, love seat, and chair.

The full kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave; plus all the pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses that you will need. The kitchen is brand new, with new wood cabinets and black granite counters! 610 is one of the few units in the Ocean Manor with a washer and dryer! (New GE!)

The balcony in 610 is private, open, and 35 feet long. It has an incredible southern view of the Atlantic Ocean, overlooking the Ocean Manor's pool. It has a table and four chairs.

The condo is approximately 1088 square feet, including a balcony of 204 square feet.

It is 10.9 miles from the Ft Lauderdale Airport (FLL) which is a 23 minute drive.
It is 36.4 miles from the Miami Airport (MIA) which is a 49 minute drive.

All of my condominiums are strictly NON-SMOKING, please. No pets. No exceptions.

Accommodations include:

•    HD TV's and cable; 1 in the Living Room and 1 in each Bedroom.

Full size kitchen with:

• Refrigerator / Freezer,
• Oven with black glass stovetop,
• Dishwasher,
• Microwave,
• Coffee Maker,
• Blender,
• Toaster Oven,
• Dishes, glasses, flatware, pots & pans, etc,
• Iron and Ironing Board.

ALL linens and bath towels freshly laundered prior to arrival.

Valet parking and self-parking are both available.

FREE beach towels are provided at the pool. Umbrellas and beach chairs can be rented.

Jet Skis and Waverunners are available for rent right on the beach.

The Bamboo Beach Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks, and is located near the pool.  

Eat or drink at the famous Bamboo Beach Club & Tiki Bar sports bar, located by the heated pool just a few steps to the beach.

Tokyo Blue Japanese Steakhouse Restaurant, located on the first floor off the lobby, also has a great sushi bar and lounge.  A great late night stop for drinks or food. It also has a famous Wednesday special all-you-can-eat lobster dinner.

The coffee and snack shop in the lobby is open 24 hours a day.

Everyone loves the pool and the ocean. Having the Bamboo Beach Café available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night meals is incredibly convenient. And for the adults, grab a drink at the Bamboo Beach Club & Tiki Bar right next to the pool, or watch some sports on their TVs. On Sunday, there is a BBQ available next to the pool area. 

There is a scuba diving shop within walking distance. For those that enjoy snorkeling, rent, or bring your own equipment. There is fishing off the local pier, or hire a boat for some deep sea fishing.  Parasailing, and banana boat rides are available on the beach.

We are within walking distance of the famed Water Taxi, which will take you to local spots along the inter coastal and downtown Ft. Lauderdale. The restaurants and shopping on the Las Olas Riverfront is just a few of miles away.

The Ocean Manor Resort is conveniently located on the prestigious "Galt Ocean Mile" between Oakland Park and Commercial Boulevards. You are within walking distance to a fun nightlife, including many wonderful restaurants and bars. A couple of blocks south is Nick's Italian Restaurant. And a couple of blocks south of Nick’s is the Greek Islands, the best Greek restaurant in Southeast Florida! 

The Ocean Manor Resort is a 1 block walk away is a Winn Dixie Supermarket, a Dunkin Donuts, and a McDonalds. The quaint  little town of "Lauderdale-by-the-Sea" is also within walking distance.

Ft Lauderdale is famous for:

- Casinos, dog and horse tracks, jai alai, and gambling cruises

- The Everglades

- Tennis and Golf

- Galleria Mall,

- Las Olas, and Beach Place.

Monthly rates:
$5999 per month in Dec 15 through April 30;
$2899 per month in May thru August.
$2699 per month in September thru December 15.

Weekly rates are:
$2199 per week in Dec 15 thru April 30.
$1299 per week in May thru October.
$1199 per week in November thru December 15.

(Holidays more).

I charge $125 for cleaning per visit.

There is a refundable $500 damage deposit you get back.

If you use a credit card, please add 2% bank processing fee. No fee on checks!
