This is a non-smoking unit.  Absolutely no pets.  We rent to families and responsible adults only.  Must be 25 years of age.

Our condo has two bedrooms, two baths with oceanfront views from the living room and master bedroom.  The balcony is accessible from the living room AND the master bedroom.  To make it more comfortable there are 2 recliners located in the living room.  We would love to share our vacation home with you.  We have made every effort to make this condo a pleasure to visit.  Maintained on a regular basis!

The full size washer and dryer, and well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances are fabulous amenities.

Make a pot of coffee and enjoy breakfast on your 125 sq. ft. private balcony.  Baywatch Resorts is an oceanfront oasis in a family-friendly beach environment.  Family fun is the top priority at Bay Watch Resort where 18 indoor and outdoor pools are great recreation! The lazy river is loved by all ages enjoying a vacation here and the fitness center is nearby at the smoke free Bay Watch Resort. An on-site restaurant is a convenient option to have at your fingertips for when you don't feel up to cooking.   In addition, a sports bar, pool-side bar, and snack shop is available.  Forget something, just drop by the gift shop/convenience store.

Unload quickly with the open parking area, or utilize the friendly service of the bellhops.

North Myrtle Beach is a great place to get a bite to eat because seafood restaurants with delicious fresh catches are on nearly every corner.  Choose from succulent oysters and blue crabs to clam chowder and she crab soup.
