Vacation Rental Description

Seagate is an extremely popular condominium located in the heart of  
Indian Shores. This 5th floor condo is beautifully decorated and  
filled with everything to make your stay as comfy as home. The  
bedding is as follows: King-size-master bedroom, Queen-size-2nd  
bedroom, two fulls/doubles-3rd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in  
the livingroom.  
 
The over-sized balcony covers the master bedromm and the livingroom.  
Enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets from this large private balcony  
overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and it's beautiful white sandy beach.  
Seagate has a very large pool(Heated) which is directly on the  
beach,  
built in barbecue, and tiki huts for everyone's enjoyment. 
 
Either taking a long walk on the beach, basking in the sun, or just  
plain relaxation, please enjoy your vacation in our lovely condo!!!! 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

All appliances,(stove, refridge with ice-maker, microwave,  
dishwasher) 
washer and dryer in the unit, telephone, televisions in all 3 bedrooms and in living room, dvd/vcr,  
cable, full kitchen with all dishes, pots & pans, utensils, all

for your enjoyment.

All rates are plus $85.00 cleaning fee and 12% tax, $200.00 Deposit to book condo
