There is much to do in the Nature Coast area of Spring Hill. Avalon is across the street from a biking and walking path that leads to a park. Watch some breathtaking sunsets from the beach at Pine Island or Jenkins Creek where you can play volleyball, swim or kayak. You may spot a manatee or dolphin. Plenty of boating and fishing spots too.  Weeki Wachee Waterpark has live mermaid shows and lounges for the adults, fun waterslides for the kids. Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Greek, Chinese, Steakhouses and every variety of restaurant can be found locally. Bowl, play billiards or tennis nearby. Golfers can play reasonably at the 2 public couses in Spring Hill. Mini golf on US 19. Community theatre, dinner theatre and 2 multi screen movie theatres are all within a short drive. Tampa airport is about 1/2 hr, Disney & other major theme parks about 90 min drive.  

There is a TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY.

Weekly rates, based on a TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY: $700 week May-Sept, $900 week Oct-April.

Monthly rates are $2100 month May-Sept, $2300 per month for a 3 month seasonal stay during Oct-April, $2400 per month for less than 3 months stay from Oct-April. Taxes included.
