Make an offer for all 7 nights or partial week stay.  We can not go, so need to rent this beautiful 1 bedroom deluxe condo for New Years in the beautiful town of Steamboat Springs.  The condo has sleeping accomodations for 4 guests; however, the resort will allow 5 guests in the condo.  The condo has a king in master and double pull-out sofa sleeper in living area,   full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, tvs, balcony/patio, complimentary in room internet connection, and more.

Resort has indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, exercise room, game room, complimentary shuttle to and from ski lifts, and more. 

The main attraction during this time is the mountain!!  Steamboat is known for some great snow.  The town of Steamboat is beautifully decorated during this time of year with it's shopping district lined with boutiques and "mom and pop" stores and restaurants.  Many eateries to choose from, but remember the beautiful kitchen back at the condo. 

Steamboat Springs has a natural hot springs which is spectacular esp during the winter months!

No other fees associated with the rental such as taxes or cleaning fees (if renting 7 nights).  Cleaning fee of $75 if renting less than 7 nights.   Check in at 4:00 pm (can be sooner) and check out by 10:00 am.
