Vacation Rental Description

Payette Lake Beach Front Condo.  Spacious top floor unit with the best view on the Lake.  
Walk 2 blocks to town.  We'll be perfectly honest with you: this is NOT a "luxury" condo!  
NO fireplace, granite countertops, mahogany floors, jetted tub etc.  The look is vintage 
'70s, dare we say a bit tacky, but it's clean, comfortable, convenient, has a great view and 
best of all, it's on the lake.  Two level with 2 bedroom loft  upstairs and 2 bedrooms on 
main floor. (MAX of 8 GUESTS)  Tub/shower combo off the  master bedroom; shower stall 
and toilet on the main floor for the rest of the gang. Kitchen with basic electric appliances 
(You didn't  want to spend your time cooking anyway did you?)  Nice deck for watching the 
sunsets and lake action.  NO SMOKING!  NO PETS!  NO DOCK SLIP AVAILABLE! NO BBQ'ing 
ON THE DECK!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Great beach for sunning and swimming in the lake.  Kid friendly swimming pool. 
Community lakefront patio with firepit nearby.  Community BBQs available for your use.  
Cable TV/DVD/VCR.  Good collection of family games.  Two block walk to town.  NO BOAT 
SLIP AVAILABLE.

Activities and Attractions

McCall is a charming town 100 miles north of Boise on the shores of Big Payette Lake. It's 
location makes it ideal for outdoor recreation including, golf, swimming, fishing, jet 
skiing/boating, waterskiing, road and mountain biking, hiking, climbing, kayaking, 
whitewater rafting, a short drive to hot springs and hot pools, bird watching, XC and 
alpine skiing (Brundage Mtn. and Tamarack Resort 30 minutes in opposite directions), 
sledding, snowmobiling and snow shoeing.  There are several antique shops in the area 
and some good  restaurants.  In summer, concerts are held at Brundage Mtn. ski resort.  
Late January/early February marks the McCall Winter Carnival featuring snow sculptures 
and winter sporting events.  An indoor ice rink is open year round.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer: June 15--- September 15  $1750/week (1 week/7 night minimum @$250/night) 
Holiday:  December 20--January 5:  $250/night with 3 night minimum
All other dates: $200/night with 3 night minimum

CLEANING FEE OF $60 ON ALL RENTALS LESS THAN 1 WEEK

Refundable Damage Deposit of $200 on all rentals

NO PETS!  NO SMOKING!!!
