Home of the Blue Angels.  Buffered by pristine national seashore on both sides of the island.   Bike paths that lead both east and west directly in front of Regency Towers.  Free trolley that runs duriing peak tourist season with pick ups and drop offs directly in front of Regency Towers.

PEAK SEASON, Summer 2013:

May 18 - Sept.7, 2013**; rate = $1400 weekly base  rate.  Total with cleaning and taxes and reservation fee = $1728.25.

**Jun 29th - July 6th, July 6th - July 13th and July 13-20, 2013  = $1500 weekly base rate.  Total with cleaning and taxes and reservation fee = $1839.75.

OFF-SEASON:

April 1 - May 19 & Sept. 8 - Dec. 31st - $1000  weekly rate.  Nightly rental rate  $175 (3 night minimum required).  Total weekly rate with cleaning and taxes and reservation fee = $1282.25.

MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS:, 2013

Monthly rental rate during winter months = $1400.  Rate does not include tax, cleaning and reservation fees.

Payment/Rental Deposit Policy:  All guests are required to sign a guest rental agreement.  A mastercard or visa is required to be placed on file within 10 days of booking your reservation to hold the condo.  No charges are applied to the card unless cancellation occur within 30 days of arrival or damages occur while occupying the condo.  Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations occuring prior to 30 days of arrival require a $150 processing fee.  Cancellations within 30 days of arrival result in the loss of the $150 processing fee along with the full rental amount if the condo cannot be rented for the booked dates.  MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT AND MUST BE PRESENT PRESENT DURING RENTAL BOOKING DATES.
